VOLUNTEERS

Can you spare a few hours a week to make a difference for vulnerable children and teenagers? From one-to one befriending to group work and office roles volunteers make a huge contribution to our work whilst improving their skills, meeting new people and having fun!

What do I need to support a young person with the moorings project?

You must be aged 16 or over
No specific qualifications are required, we welcome people from all walks of life, but you must be non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding Volunteers need to attend free training to help develop these key skills
You have to undergo an enhanced DBS check
You need to be able to commit to the project for a minimum of 6 months
